Amicorp FS (UK), the international specialist fund services group, has named Robin Hoekjan as chief operating officer with immediate effect.

He will join the Company’s Executive Management team, which is separate to the PLC Board.

Hoekjan brings with him a wealth of experience in the fund administration industry having worked across many jurisdictions, including London, Amsterdam, Luxembourg and Dubai. As COO, his knowledge will help drive operational excellence and IT advancement across the group.

He joins from TMF Group, a Dutch multinational professional services firm, where he worked for four years in various roles, including most recently as Global Head of Onboarding and Investor AML/KYC.

Prior to this, he was Head of Depositary Services at a specialised administration services company, as well as having held several roles in a number of fund management firms, focusing on portfolio management and deal making in listed securities, private equity and venture capital.

Kiran Kumar, the previous Chief Operating Officer of the Company, has moved across into an Executive Director role at AMIF, to focus on the development and promotion of the Group’s key new business initiatives.
