PineBridge makes three hires for key EMEA roles including head of Switzerland

New York-headquartered global asset manager PineBridge Investments has named Mick Schneider, James Quinn and Olivia Zaidi for its EMEA client team.

Schneider becomes head of Switzerland, and will be responsible for developing and implementing PineBridge’s sales strategy in the Swiss institutional and intermediary markets, also covering Liechtenstein and the Austrian intermediary market.

He previously spent almost ten years at BNY Mellon, most recently as head of wholesale, where he was responsible for institutional and wholesale business development in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Austria.

He started his career in advisory & wealth management at London-based private bank Coutts & Co.

Quinn has been appointed London-based head of intermediary sales in the UK, maintaining and developing relationships with key intermediary investors in the UK.

Quinn joins from Robeco where he spent seven years, most recently as global wholesale & financial institutions manager.

Zaidi also joins PineBridge’s Switzerland team in Zurich as a senior client relations associate, having previously worked at Muzinich & Co., and positions at Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Swisspartners AG.
