JTC completes on acquisition of UK, European Buck Share Plans

JTC said today (1 November)  that it had completed the acquisition of Buck UK and European Share Plan Administration and Trustee Businesses (Buck Share Plans).

The completion follows its announcement on 18 August 2024, and receipt of the applicable change of control and regulatory approvals from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.

The Jersey-headquartered AIM-listed group stated: "Buck Share Plans accelerates the growth of the Group's share plan trustee and administration service offering, as well as brings with it an existing book of high-quality, long-standing blue-chip clients, and an experienced, client focused and committed team across the UK, Guernsey and Germany."
