Jersey-based Fairway has appointed Caroline Brown as new director to its private client team.
She will develop client relationships, create structures for high-net-worth individuals, and lead teams to manage these structures.
She has a background in private banking and working with high-net-worth individuals, and was the former trust director at EFG for eight years, having previously worked at Coutts for 18 years.
Mark Andrews, private client managing director at Fairway, said: "Her technical excellence, her cross-jurisdictional experience, and her expertise in the corporate governance of structuring high-risk and high-profile clients will complement the skills and experience of the current leadership team.”
