Alltrust, the provider of Actuarial, Trustee and Administration Services for SIPPs and SSASs, has contratulated its chairman Lyndon Trott on his appointment as chief minister in Guernsey, following his election as leader of the Policy & Resources Committee.
The appointment comes some 11 years after his previous stint in the role in 2008-12. The role will be held concurrent with other commitments including TheCityUK Leadership Council and Chairman of Enhance Group.
Alltrust noted that Trott brings key insights into "the ever-evolving UK pension market", which now encompasses significant assets "underscoring the sector's critical role in securing the financial future of millions".
