Greystone Trust is to merge with Charterhouse Lombard from 1 October, after its acquisition in 2020.
A statement pointed to Greystone Trust's "exceptional track record in delivering bespoke services and Charterhouse Lombard's extensive expertise in trust management and corporate services",
Chris Broadhead, Group CEO of Charterhouse Lombard said: "This merger will significantly enhance our capabilities, and we look forward to leveraging the collective expertise of our teams to continue delivering exceptional solutions to our clients worldwide."
The statement further said: "In due course, the offices in the Isle of Man will be rebranded as "Charterhouse Lombard," signifying our united identity and commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.
"Over the forthcoming weeks and months, our teams will work diligently to ensure a seamless merger. We are fully dedicated to keeping our clients informed throughout this period and are here to address any questions or concerns they may have."
