JTC, the global professional services provider, has moved into new premises in Dublin as the company continues to grow in Ireland.
The modern building at 45 Mespil Road brings JTC's AIFM and corporate operations together under one roof, including the team from Ballybunion Capital Limited (Ballybunion) acquired in 2021.
INDOS Financial (Ireland) Depositary Limited, which was also acquired in 2021, will continue to operate from their office in Enniscorthy, County Wexford.
In keeping with JTC's environmental, social and governance (ESG) objectives, the new building has been accredited as:
• A Nearly Zero-Emission Building (NEZB) under European Union standards
• BER A3 - the third highest energy efficiency rating from the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI)
• Certified LEED Gold by the US Green Building Council (USGBC)
Ireland is an attractive jurisdiction due to its well-established financial services industry and forms an important strategic role for JTC, which is a listed FTSE 250 company on the London Stock Exchange.
Nigel Le Quesne, group chief executive officer at JTC, said: "The move to our new offices is reflective of the importance of Ireland to JTC's future plans and also the development of our local offering over the past years. We look forward to a positive growth trajectory in Ireland with the combination of our three businesses operating within a key JTC jurisdiction."
