Mourant Luxembourg said on 21 October it has expanded range of corporate and fund administration services with the granting of a new licence.
The law firm-led professional services business revealed that Mourant Governance Services (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. has gained its PFS licence from the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), "positioning it to be able to offer a wider range of corporate and fund administration services in the region".
Services include, but are not limited to, domiciliation, corporate structuring, fund administration, fund accounting, and tax compliance support.
In addition to this exciting development, Mourant has also set up MourantGS Services S.à r.l. to enable the firm to provide a range of standalone services including company secretarial services, accounting and liquidation mandates.
Ed Fletcher, global managing director of Mourant Governance Services, said: "It is an exciting time in the growth and development of our Luxembourg offering. The new licence and the creation of this new legal entity will enable us to offer even more tailored and effective solutions to suit our clients' needs."
