Lighthouse Canton, the global investment institution, today announced that Nilesh Jasani will join its advisory board as the company seeks to widen its access to opportunities created by the rapid advance of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI).
Singapore based Jasani, subject matter expert on GenAI (generative artificial intelligence), is a passionate advocate of innovation, a theme running through his impressive three decades of experience in the markets business.
Recognized as highly successful and creative equity research team leader since 1999 and a market strategist in individual markets like Korea, Taiwan, India at various times apart from for the whole region, Nilesh's career spans Jefferies, Credit Suisse, HSBC, CLSA across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, and India.
Jasani led the Asian business for Jefferies before stepping down as Vice Chairman and is now the founder of GenInnov Funds, focused on investment opportunities in innovative companies leveraging GenAI across multiple sectors including healthcare and robotics.
