JTC has opened an office in Vienna, Austria, to complement its existing European private client offices in London, Switzerland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
JTC Austria will offer a range of services to both private and institutional clients, forming part of JTC’s global business, aiming to enhance its ability to deliver sophisticated solutions to its international client base.
The team is headed up by Alexander Walther who joins JTC from a multi-national business administration firm TMF Group which he was heading up in Austria for 20 years.
With a background in law, he has also spent periods working in Germany and Brazil.
Iain Johns, group head of private client services at JTC, said: “Vienna has a thriving financial services sector and enjoys a strong reputation as a centre of excellence for private client services. Opening an office here is part of JTC’s strategy to deliver a truly global and holistic service to clients.

JTC Austria is located in the heart of Vienna’s financial district at: Wipplingerstrasse 32/22, 1010 Vienna.
