John Pattullo, co-head of global bonds at Janus Henderson, is to retire at the end of March 2025.
Jenna Barnard, currently co-head with Pattullo, will become sole head of global bonds upon his departure next year.
She holds more than 23 years' financial services experience, of which 20 have been spent with Janus Henderson. She has held her co-head position alongside Pattullo since 2015.
Pattullo exits after more than three decades in financial services, of which 27 years were spent with the firm.
She will remain portfolio manager on all shared strategies, including the $1.2bn Janus Henderson Developed World Bond fund.
In addition, Nicholas Ware will become a portfolio manager on all Janus Henderson strategic bond funds and all Janus Henderson Developed World Bond funds on 1 July this year.
