Investment funds expert Hervé Leclercq has joined Ogier as a partner in its Luxembourg funds team.
He specialises in unregulated alternative funds (with a focus on private equity, infrastructure and real estate) but is also advising UCITS and regulated AIFs.
Leclercq advises asset managers, initiators, institutional and private investors in relation to legal and regulatory aspects of structuring, operating, and marketing investment funds. He also assists clients in the establishment of alternative investment fund managers and professionals of the financial sector.
With more than 20 years' experience advising on Luxembourg investment funds, Hervé has an extensive local and cross border legal expertise, in particular relating to Asia. As he has lived and worked in Japan and Hong Kong, He will use his experience in the Asian market to assist clients in the region.
