Anarock’s clients from Dubai will gain access to exclusive UK property opportunities listed on the Shojin digital platform, offering them a chance to diversify their portfolios with high-yield, stable investments.
Meanwhile, Shojin’s UK-based clients can now access Anarock’s premium real estate offerings in Dubai, a market renowned for its rapid growth and potential for high returns.
By combining Shojin's deep knowledge of the UK property market with Anarock's expertise in Dubai's real estate landscape, both companies aim to provide clients with insights, innovative solutions, and personalised services tailored to their unique investment needs. The partnership will also introduce joint webinars, workshops, and market analysis reports to keep investors informed and empowered.
Since 2017, Shojin has raised over £65 million for projects with a combined Gross Development Value exceeding £615 million. Shojin has a strong relationship with the founders of Anarock, who have provided mentorship and strategic insight to Shojin CEO Jatin Ondhia since the firm’s launch in 2009.
